Engineering The aviation engineering department, led by Tony Dempsey, Director of Maintenance, is hailed to be one of the best in the industry. The entire staff receives ongoing training, either in Texas or at the base on a yearly basis to keep up-to -date on trends in this ever-changing industry. All of our Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs) must complete extremely intensive training in order to be endorsed by Transport Canada, including a two year apprenticeship program. We are proud to say that all of our crew members complet ed their training in the top 10th percentile for their respective classes.
