Front Desk

When you arrive at Niagara Helicopters one of the first people you meet is our Front Desk Team. Our multilingual staff is extremely friendly and are eager to assist you with any questions regarding our attraction. Known as one of the most integral aspects of our operation; our main focus to ensure you experience the Falls in a whole new way. The Front Desk maintains minute by minute communication with pilots by dispatching flights and logging flight paperwork; while doing so they oversee that the daily operation runs smoothly to ensure the safety of our guests.

Anna Pierce

Vice President

In the summer of 1985, Anna Pierce began working for Niagara Helicopters Limited in their Sales Department as a summer job. She continued working for the company while attending University completing an Honours BA in Psychology with a Minor in Marketing. Upon graduating, she was hired by Niagara Helicopters on a full-time basis as Assistant to the Operations and the Marketing Directors. While in this position, Ms. Pierce was taught the ins and outs of both the Tourism Industry as well as the Aviation Industry as a whole. In 1997, she was promoted to Marketing Director of the organization.

In 2006, Anna accepted a position with Niagara Falls Tourism as their Executive Director. Under her leadership there, she was able to build a new brand, develop a state-of-the-art website and develop a strong team of capable employees!
 In 2009, Anna returned to her NEW ROLE as Vice President! When the company was sold in 2011, Anna was promoted to Vice President and General Manager. Anna’s responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, accounting, guest services, café, engineering, maintenance, sales & marketing and the front desk! Anna has been representing our company at trade shows around the world for over 2 decades. She also sits on a number of local and tourism-related boards including the Tourism Industry Association of Ontario and the Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership Sectoral Advisory Committee. She is also proud to serve as the current Chair of the Niagara Falls Canada Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Vlasta Homolka

Accounts Manager

Vlasta Homolka began her career with Niagara Helicopters in 2010 as Guest Service Specialist. In 2010 she graduated from Niagara College with a BA in Bachelor of Applied Business -Hospitality Operations Management (BABH) and obtaining her diploma in 2008 for Hospitality Management - Hotel and Restaurant. In 2013, Ms. Homolka was promoted to the position of Accounts Manager. With over 10 years of experience in Hospitality and Tourism; Vlasta brings knowledge and practical experience to help support her team. With the passion of Travel; she is also an integral role in our Marketing and Sales Team by travelling cross Canada and Europe attending Trade Shows.

Christina Perri

Front Desk Manager

Christina Perri began her career with Niagara Helicopters in the summer of 1999 in the then snack bar and souvenir booth.  She soon began working at the front desk as a ticketing staffer and in 2012 she was promoted to Front Desk Manager. With over 15 years of experience in Tourism; Christina brings knowledge and practical experience to help support her front desk staff. Christina also plays a fundamental role in Sales and is happy to assist with all tour group bookings, Charter and specialty flights. Christina has just returned from a 1 year maternity leave after giving birth to a beautiful baby boy in October of 2014. Christina is happy to assist you with all of your helicopter needs. 

Anthony Loro

Heliport Manager

Anthony Loro began his career with Niagara Helicopters in May, 2011. Prior to that time he worked extensively with our company while employed by our electrical contractor for over 18 years. Anthony brings extensive trade knowledge to his position having been Project Lead on several Niagara Helicopters improvement projects over the past several years. He manages all aspects of the Terminal and Hangar buildings as well as the Heliport Grounds - exceeding Transport Canada and the Canada and Ontario Health and Safety standards. He also oversees our Ground Crew who keep the entire property clean and welcoming for our guests.
